These Terms govern your use of Mivio. By accessing or using Mivio, you agree to these Terms.
Beta status and pricing
Mivio is in open beta and free to use. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We may end the beta or introduce paid plans later with notice.
Who may use Mivio
You must be able to form a binding contract and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization. You must comply with applicable laws.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Mivio. This includes attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer without permission, interfere with others, or use Mivio to store or transmit unlawful content or malware.
Repositories and data
Mivio connects with GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket to generate dynamic checklist results. You grant us the permissions needed to provide the service. You keep ownership of your content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your code or materials.
Privacy and security
We aim to protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. You can request export or deletion of your data, subject to legal and security requirements.
Service changes and availability
Mivio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta. We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
Third-party services
Integrations and links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply and we are not responsible for their actions or content.
Intellectual property
Mivio, our name, logos, and product content are protected by law. Using Mivio does not give you ownership of our intellectual property.
Feedback
If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve Mivio.
Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mivio and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, which during beta is zero.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of Mivio or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Mivio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for risk, legal, or technical reasons. Upon termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Belgrade, Serbia shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
